If your license has expired, you may request a new license from AMI. If for a production instance, AMI will request from you a valid purchase order before issuing the license extension.
To request a new license for a particular ServiceNow instance, you must send your machine key for that instance to AMI.
To find and send your machine key to AMI:
- Select AssetTrack > License Management
- Select "Email Machine Key to AMI Support"
- Send the email
- After you get the license sent back to you, copy the new license into the License field and hit Save.
