Renew your expired AssetTrack license

If your license has expired, you may request a new license from AMI. If for a production instance, AMI will request from you a valid purchase order before issuing the license extension.

To request a new license for a particular ServiceNow instance, you must send your machine key for that instance to AMI.

To find and send your machine key to AMI:

  1. Select AssetTrack > License Management 
  2. Select "Email Machine Key to AMI Support"
  3. Send the email
  4. After you get the license sent back to you, copy the new license into the License field and hit Save.
