If syncing data for an entity takes longer than 300 seconds in ServiceNow, data might be missing from the offline database.
Steps to increase quota limit
Navigate to the Transaction Quota Rules module
Click on "REST and JSON Catch All"
Add an AND condition to the list of "URL - does not contain" conditions with "URL", "does not contain" and "x_amiam_assettrack/atapi/EntityData"
If a transaction quota is desired for AssetTrack offline entity sync, a higher limit quota can be added separately, for example:
URL starts with /api/x_amiam_assettrack/atapi/EntityData
