Forms not displaying in ServiceNow

We added a field to our Lookup Asset form and shortly after desktop supoort could launch AssetTrack but none of the form fields would display for any of the forms. 

We opened a ticket with Assettrack and received a response from Tom Watson  which fixed the problem:

If you make a change to a form, the first person to try to open the forms is only a Data Collector (Not a Form Designer or Admin), the AMI Form Cache doesn't rebuild correctly.  The Data Collector role doesn't read the Form Definition table correctly.

The workaround requires an AssetTrack admin clearing the AMI Form Cache, then opening the client.

1) Log in as an AssetTrack Admin
2) Clear the AMI cache.  Navigate to https://[your_instance]/nav_to.do?uri=%2Fx_amiam_assettrack_ami_cache_list.do%3F
3) Delete all rows
4) Launch AssetTrack

If you see forms, you should be good to go.

Thanks, Jack.  This is a known issue that will be addressed in an upcoming release. For now, I appreciate you sharing the note with the community on the workaround.
